Melissa Misner - Secretary

Melissa Misner is a Senior Account Executive with Old Republic Home Protection. She has been with the company since March 2006. Melissa follows in her mom’s footsteps who has been number one at Old Republic for 22 years. She works with her sister Tiffanie Misner as a team and together they service parts of San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles County. Melissa enjoys being involved and has served on numerous committees such as Community Service Foundation Committee, Young Real Estate Professionals, YPN LA, and multiple affiliate committees. On her free time Melissa enjoys paddle surfing, riding on the back of her boyfriend’s motorcycle, and spending time with her dog, Jezebel.

Eliot Ullman - Treasurer

I graduated from UCLA in 1978 with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from UCLA. I then graduated with a Master’s degree in Accounting from Cal State Northridge. My accounting career began as an auditor with Alexander Grant & Co. (now Grant Thornton). I earned my CPA certificate after passing all four parts of the CPA exam in one sitting. I then held controller positions in private industry with several small and large companies and was also responsible for human resources, computer networks, and pension administration at some of these companies. I returned to public accounting where I assist individuals and small businesses in solving their tax and business issues. My special skills include being a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and teaching computer classes in Excel, Word, Access, and QuickBooks. I am an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants, an accounting professional organization, and I am a past president of the San Gabriel Valley Chapter. I have just become active in the Women’s Council of Realtors, and I am the San Fernando Valley chapter treasurer starting in 2012. I belong to the American Institute of Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. I am a huge baseball fan and play trumpet with the UCLA Alumni Band. My wife and I enjoy traveling and sightseeing, and I especially enjoy using my photography talent.
